Zach and Cory laid the tiles in the bathroom last week. They did a great job!
Zoe helped Daddy clean up all the spacers before grouting.
Here it is once the grouting was done.
And Zach got a little bit antsy....so he went ahead and installed the toilet and sink when he finished the dry wall.....even though painting would have been the next step. Men :)
We have a small bathroom, so we wanted to make as much space as we could in there. We decided to go with a pedestal sink. It was pretty challenging redoing the plumbing and concealing the pipes, but my Hubby did it!
We also decided to get a new toilet...and I am so glad we did. The old one was not flushing great. Through a rebate by our Water Provider, we got our new toilet for FREE! That is right! The toilet cost $99 and because it is a water saver toilet, the water company will reimburse us $100 for installing. Awesome!!!! Picking out paint colors now......

It looks great so far, I liked the blue color that it was...are you changing the color?
Tiles look super, love pedastal sinks...and that may be the best looking little kitty cat construction laborer I have ever seen! :)
