Polar Express Day!

Polar Express Day was my favorite!  I was so excited we could share the day with our cousins and with The Williams' Fam!  Jenny and the boys came over to take part in all the Christmas Cheer!
The kids got started with decorating our train!  The three toddlers got to sit in the train during the movie!

Then it was on to a yummy treat to add to our Hot Chocolate!  All the kids got to decorate their own monster marshmallow!

Aren't they so cute!?!  And they were so good in the Hot Cocoa!
Chrysti made some really good chocolate cupcakes for everyone with a marshmallow glaze.  The glaze was a little bit runny so were decided to stuff the cupcakes and they were delicious!

We watched part of the movie before having any treats!  After the hot chocolate scene in the movie...all the kids headed upstairs for their hot chocolate and goodies!

Then it was back down to the basement to finish Polar Express!  After the movie...we decorated cookies!

Kids make the holidays such a blast!  They just loved all the crafts and treats...which makes all the mess so worth it!  And making cookies is a lot of mess haha!

So many fun activities....Can't wait to do it again next year!

Grinch Day!

As the kids get older, there are so many fun things to do with them during the holidays seasons!  Chrysti had a great idea to have two fun filled days while they visited...lots of yummy foods, crafts and movie watching!
The 1st day was Grinch Day!  She pinned a ton of really cute ideas and they all played out perfectly!
We did Rice Crispy Christmas Trees and all the kids got to decorate their own....
Evan of course was note a fan of the activity until he got to eat them!
Zoe is getting so big!  I love that we can really enjoy all these fun activities...she loves it!
 Happiness!

  MOVIE TIME!
We watched the original How the Grinch Stole Christmas...
and all the kids got to enjoy their Green Punch, Grinch Chocolate Chip Cookies, Fruit treats and the Trees they decorated.

Preschool Christmas Program = Success!

Zoe had her Christmas Program the last day of school before the Holidays!  She did so great and had no tears this go around!  Her class were all little angels...and she very much enjoyed her halo!

They sang lots of precious songs with lots of hand motions that she actually did! Yay!

After the program, we celebrated with a Christmas Party in Zoe's classroom.  The teachers had adorable placemates ready with their handprint and made gifts for all the parents...a plate with the kids footprints saying "Mistletoes"...loved it!

In comparison to Thanksgiving....Christmas was a complete Success!
