A Love Story

Like I said, Zach and I are getting married on September 6th. The day is coming so quick! So I though I would tell you all our short and sweet love story. Zach and I met for the first time in July 2007 in Fairhope, AL (near the Gulf Coast). I was down in Fairhope celebrating my friend, Crystal's engagement. We all went to Tin Top for dinner one night. Zach's brother, Cory, was dating at the time (now married to) another one of my good friends from college, Kimberly, and they also came down for the weekend. Zach and Cory played golf that day and so Cory invited Zach to dinner with all of us. And THANK GOD...he came! We all hung out all night and even though nothing really sparked at first between me and Zach, we both made an impression on one another. We started talking on MySpace and he planned a trip to come visit Cory in Atlanta, where I was also living at the time. I can remember the day so well. It was September 28th and we all were meeting at Taco Mac for dinner. After Taco Mac, we went to Fado's for more drink and to carry on the fun time we were having. And it just clicked. It just seemed so right and we both felt it. The whole weekend we were inseperable! I didn't want to be away from him. This first weekend together we knew that we were both done....we had found that special someone. I know it sounds crazy and many people didn't believe it...but Zach and I knew how we felt and that is what counted. From that weekend on we have been happy and falling more and more in love everyday. We got engaged on February 15th, even though we had already booked the reception and the church. And here we are! Short and Sweet! Here are some pictures of us over this past year.

Aaah! How sweet! Let me tell you something about finding that ONE person. You never stop falling. I've been married for 6 1/2 years, and even through rough times, marrying Jared, my best friend, was the best decision I've ever made. I couldn't live without him. I'm glad to see my little bro has found his ONE. There's nobody else I'd rather see him happy with than Becca. We love you both!!
